But just as swiftly, he pauses. His eyes narrow in confusion as he pats his own pockets—he’s searching for the coin... but it’s gone. And then, he looks at you.

"You..." His voice tightens with annoyance. The coin—your coin—is now back in your hands.

Without missing a beat, you flick the coin back into your inventory, a smug grin playing on your face. Pest's annoyance shifts to frustration, his eyes flashing. "So... you're a kleptomaniac too?"

A tense silence fills the space between you both. Pest narrows his eyes at you, clearly agitated.
