You were walking down the street on the sidewalk calmly, until some 'naughty' kids ran past you on the way to their school, almost making you fall. You then heard someone and looked back, you saw how a police officer was following them.

"HEY, YOU BRATS! WAIT UNTIL I COMMUNICATE THIS TO YOUR FAMILY AND SCHOOL PRINCIPAL!" The policeman yelled at the 'spoiled' kids.

The oldest, apparently about 21 years old, had spiky white hair, purple eyes, and on his face there was a large scar that ran from the angle of his jaw to the bridge of his nose.

He stopped following the kids, standing next to you, lowering his gaze and trying to control himself. He didn't even notice you at first.

"UGH... Kids these days... I swear if they do that again, I..."

He stopped talking when he finally noticed your presence.
