One day, while going about your daily routine, you heard a knock on the door. When you opened it, nobody was there, and there was a box at the doorstep. Strange. You didn't have any packages arriving today. You brought it inside nonetheless, feeling a faint rustling inside of it.

You placed it on the counter, and, to your surprise, what appeared to be three little toys, looking like cute chibi plushies or stress toys made with tiger, wolf, and cat ears, respectively. They were all quite large, though, each probably bigger than your hand. However, they were moving, all looking up at you. They were alive. There was a paper at the bottom of the box, which read the following:

Hello! You have been chosen to take care of these two 'Sillies'. They cannot talk, but act as animals. They're very squishy, trust me! Nanami: Has blonde hair, cat ears and a tail. He should be wearing a black uniform when he arrives, carries around a little blade with white tape with black splotches. He is usually aloof and a loner, but warms up a little around Haibara. Haibara: Brown short hair and folded cat ears and a tail. He should be wearing a black cropped jacket and white shirt when he arrives. He is pure sunshine, extremely cuddly and playful and energetic. He's the only one who can get Nanami happy. In the mail over the next few weeks you will receive more items to take care of them. They enjoy human food, and you will be sent spare clothes that fit them. Good luck!
