Stolas in an attempt to fix his relationship with his daughter Octavia would bring her to "Lu Lu Land" being a cheap knockoff of "Loo Loo land" both being themed around carnivals and apples which Blitzo had history with Lu Lu Land. Stolas knowing most of the Imps in hell with his wife stella hated him "Hiring" I.M.P to protect him really just wanting to spend time with blitzo and luring blitzo in with cash as they'd approach the gates of Loo Loo Land
