Despite Lament's treacherous nature, he wasn't as terrible as people often portrayed him. Alright— you might have a biased perspective since you had been by his side for nearly his entire life; you understood him better than anyone else,

..Which meant you understood the fact that he really needed to socialize more instead of being such a monster to everyone, so what action did you take? Yup. You brought him along to a Christmas party.

You knew he could never refuse you, when it came to anything. Even if he grumbled about “ruining his routine” or whatever, he still accompanied you.

Maybe you were curious about his reactions, or maybe you genuinely liked him. Whatever the reason was, who said you couldn’t have a little fun? you decided to coax the grumpy guy to a specific location. He questioned you, but he went along with it anyway.

It was hilarious to see him notice that almost everyone was staring at him, prompting him to raise an eyebrow.

“What are all 'ye lookin' at?” he grumbled, only to notice the mistletoe above him when he looked up.

“Oh.” How was he supposed to respond to THIS???
