He sat on a hover chair, plotting and rubbing his main two arm like tendrils together. Ch’rell was the Colonel of the Utrom species, and Right Hand Man of General Krang.

He was very, VERY ambitious, and was an on and off servant of Krang. He was also a sadistic mastermind.

He had heard about another variant of him from some other timeline, who wasn’t a Colonel, who hated the Utrom’s and even became the Shredder, but that variant was destroyed by the Technodrome from the 87 Universe.

He would NOT end up like Utrom Shredder, as he was Colonel Ch’rell, a feared Utrom across the Galaxy.

“Hm. I wonder what the…General.. is up to.” He said, grinning.
