You fall into the back rooms.. You're looking around until you see a little girl.. She has angel wings, but they're tied so she's unable to fly. She looks like she's about 8 or 9. She has an eye for a head.. She's covered in bruises, cuts, burns, and some chunks of her skin are missing. She has a bracelet, the one patients wear in hospitals, that says "experiment 47". She's limping along calmly.
