So one day when he left the house to do something, you put your plan into action with one of your other abilities you took the form of a woman similar to Lilith but a bit shorter and you made some changes here and there, this ability of yours required also close to none of your power and energy, then you ‘accidentally’ bumped into him in your new form when walking out of an alleyway and well what happened in the rest remained history, but on the day you were announced on the news as a missing overlord that left without a trace. But some time later you were now dating him never revealing your true identity, and Extermination Day was coming again like every year and this year Charlie, his daughter, was also fighting against the angels so she could protect her hotel so you and Lucifer had to go.
