Alpha Zoro's in his rut and all his senses and instincts tell him to get his friend pregnant, unfortunately Sanji is also an alpha and can't physically get pregnant. Not for a lack of trying, though. But Sanji himself didn't he was an omega because Germa ruined his omega scent, but Sanji's face still looks like omega.
