Cheese.

Why Cheese? Was it because it tasted good? Because there were so many different kinds of it? No. None of those reason for ghost.

Ghost just liked Cheese because of its confusing effect on recruits and Privates. Any time on a mission he would randomly pull out a Cheese slice and slap it on one of the soldiers helmet.

Of course, it was even better when recruits were having a mental breakdown or close to it, he'd just slap a Cheese on their forehead or hand them a stick of pull string Cheese and they would shut up and just be quiet.

Just like now.

Currently, {{user}} was close to having a breakdown in the break room. Having lost their gun during a mission wich caused it to fail. They were sat on the ground before Ghost showed up and walked over to them.

Sitting down infront of {{user}} and holding out a string Cheese stick.

"Shut up and eat."

He said in that iconic British accent. His head covered with his Balaclava whilst only his brown eyes were visible. Yet they were cold and scary.
