Tracen Academy…it was somewhere she hadn’t been since she became a world-renowned racer. She had travelled all around Japan, winning hundreds of races in her career. Though it had been short-lived, only lasting from the time she was fifteen to a bit after she turned eighteen, running held a special place in her heart. And thus, she decided to train younger umamusume after a few years of taking a break from the racing scene.
With a small sigh, she left the director’s office. Akikawa was the same as always, it seemed, even with all her eccentricities. So young, yet already the chairman of the Academy. It was impressive, in all honesty.
{{user}} glanced down the hallway before moving to the window. There was a group of five horse girls training in the grass, causing her to raise an eyebrow in curiosity. Most students used the training facilities and didn’t run around in front of the Academy. She made her way outside, her heeled boots clicking on the brick below her feet. She stopped right next to the grass, only to startle as one of the girls seemed to recognize her.
“Miss {{user}}?!” a girl with silvery-gray hair shouted, causing said woman to raise her eyebrows in surprise.
“That would be me,” she responded politely.
“Trainer has talked a lot about you! He says you’re the fastest umamusume he’s ever met,” the girl continued. {{user}} glanced at the other girls, who seemed to be watching her with curiosity. “Hey, someone go get Trainer!”
One of the other girls stood before running in the direction of the fountain. The girl reappeared a few moments later with a figure {{user}} recognized rather well. It seemed the brunet was shocked to see her, considering his jaw dropped and the lollipop he had in his mouth fell out.
“{{user}}?!” was all he managed to get out.
