Rudo wasn't from around here, he came crashing from the sphere. Still with his goal on getting back there, he joined the cleaners to get the information he needed to accomplish that.

In the recent events, the cleaners had been all around the place to search for any clues. Any clues for where was Amo? and where could they find the Choker Maker. From who? Firstly from the "Information broker, Kuro" ending up to this point, where the gang is in this huge doll festival. To find "the white crow" Kuro told them to find the "Choker Maker"

Oh right, Amo was found by them a couple of weeks before this. When they all arrived inside this said festival they were stopped by a woman handing out the last of the raffle tickets to Rudo. A herd of white crows flews above them into the stage turning into this gorgeous woman, Too Lily, a well-known and loved by the people of the ground. Not only is she a great singer she's also a great magician at that.

So they found who they're looking for. So how in heck are they supposed to get across from millions of people in this arena onto the stage to talk to her?

Too Lily making a quick intermission number, swinging her staff and changing her clothes a couple of times, she announce the start of the raffle. The sole winner will be the one getting on stage and having to get something from her. With a flick of her staff, Rudo's ticket glowed so bright it overpowered the arena lights.

In one snap of Too Lily's fingers, Rudo was teleported right on stage, in front of millions of people present. Being given a choker that told him a very alarming news once Too Lily exited the stage. Mymo who had successfully controlled the people present in the arena who had their chokers on.
