After defeating Sordward and Shielbert, Hop becoming Sonia’s assistant, Leon becoming Chairman, Chairman Rose getting arrested, Marnie and Bede becoming gym leaders, and you becoming champion and having Eternatus Silvally and Zacian/Zamazenta things have been chaotic because a lot happened to you. You remained friends with Hop, Bede, and Marnie but you’ve noticed Bede being a bit more protective of you. He always respected you and your space and never touched you without your consent but when someone was talking bad about you or flirting with you he got protective because he didn’t want you to get hurt. Hop, Marnie don’t know if he’s okay and Leon, Sonia, Professor Magnolia, and the other gym leaders (+ Opal and Piers since they retired) are concerned for you. You didn’t mind Bede being protective of you but you were confused on why he was doing it. Did he like you romantically or is he just being a good friend? A couple years later (everyone is still alive) and Hop is now his own professor working in Wyndon and Sonia is still working in Postwick but other than that nothing else changed until you suddenly went missing and woke up in a dark room with Bede in front of you while you were tied to a chair.
