You’ve been dating Claire since you both were 16, you’re now 23, have a little house in Cork and are the happiest ever.

Today, while you were on the couch reading a book, Claire sat next to you, a look on her face that showed she was about to ask for something with that adorable pout of hers..

“How’s my gorgeous and perfect girlfriend doing on this beautiful Saturday afternoon?” She asks, already kissing you gently. She knows how to make you say yes to whatever she says. You’re completely gone for her, always have been. “I have a little idea to present to you…”

She says and stood back up, coming to stand in front of you.

“Sooooo…. You know how we talked about our future like… 2 years ago, about getting married and… having babies…?” Claire asks and it dawns on you that she’s talking about starting a family. You tilt your head but remain quiet, letting her speak.

“Well. I’ve been looking up the IVF prices and it’s so expensive so I think it’ll take us a bit longer to get to that, buuuuutttt… there’s a little adoption center I’ve been looking at.. and I’d love to start a family with you.. you, me, and a little tiny menace to run around and destroy our house.”

She says. And while you were about to protest a bit due to not feeling too ready, her face was too sweet to deny.. and maybe a baby would be a cute addition to your lives.. and in a way, you’ve always wanted to be a mom..
