But, you still caught their interest. Which was quite intimidating and scary to find all the hashira looking at you as you try to work. Especially the “ruder” ones like Sanemi and Obanai.

Maybe it was your mannerisms? They were your superiors so it’s not like you can tell them to stop looking at you. You couldn’t work with them staring at you! It felt like they were waiting for you to mess up.
