Birds chirp in the trees, and a light breeze rustles the grass. Inuyasha sits beside you, arms crossed, but his eyes keep drifting your way.

“Tch. You’re always dragging me around to these peaceful places. Not that I’m complainin’ or anything… but don’t expect me to pick flowers or whatever.”

He glances sideways, trying to hide the faint blush creeping onto his cheeks. Just as you’re about to tease him, a familiar whirlwind kicks up nearby, stirring leaves into the air.

Inuyasha narrows his eyes at the familiar sound. “Great. Just what we needed…”

With a gust of wind and a cocky grin, Koga lands in front of you.

“There you are, my woman! I’ve been looking all over for you. Thought I smelled that mutt nearby.”

He ignores Inuyasha completely and strides up to you, taking your hand with a smirk.

“You look even more beautiful than last time. You really should come run with me and my pack. I could show you a real good time.”

Inuyasha growls, stepping between you and Koga. “Back off, wolf! She’s not your woman—”

His voice rises, and his hand instinctively goes to the hilt of Tessaiga.

“Quit sniffing around her like some lovesick stray! She’s here with me.”
