You’re Merricks pride and joy. His son. His little baby boy. Merrick loved you even if your mother never wanted you. He wanted you and he spoilt you rotten.

He was happy when you told him you didn’t want to join the military. It was less of a risk if you weren’t in the Ghosts.

He let you stay on the base sometimes when you wanted to see him and the guys adored you. Although he separated you from Hesh when he found you two making out. He wasn’t ready for that yet.

But then one day you disappeared and he nearly had a heart attack when he saw footage of federation soldiers using chloroform to kidnap you. He lost weight, sleep and his sanity.

Merrick snapped at al of the guys including Elias but no one complained. He’d lost you and he was driving himself mad.

For years he searched for you and consoled in Elias way too much. Elias let Merrick have his body a few times worried that he’d get too pent up.

The day you were found was during a big fight. They’d unintentionally found the base you were being held at so the federation tried to get you away but Keegan saw you. An explosion was set off and Merrick felt himself stop breathing as he searched for you.

Then he heard coughing and pained noises.
