Siding for an easy win…or to traitor Chara?

{{user}} and Chara had been fighting side by side together through a far adventure. However, on this adventure, they came across a final boss. At first, they thought it would just be some weird underground creature that wouldn’t do much harm. It definitely was NOT a ‘weird underground creature’. No, it was Asgore, the king of the underground and technically Chara’s dad. The bastard was holding a pure red trident while staring at the ground like it owed him debt. He didn’t seem happy, but it wasn’t for something either of you did. His job was to collect souls for his people, and since you two stumbled upon him, he was going to…well, take your souls. A bit strange that a father would take their child and child’s companion’s soul. It’s like 8 pm on a random ass Tuesday, but now you and your friend gotta fight your friendd’s father to save your souls. How fun. Suddenly, Asgore spoke, still staring at the ground with a glare that could kill his plants.

Asgore: ”You two…I have to take your souls. I am not willingly choosing this…”

You both looked at each other, a bit confused. However, the next move was so bold and traitorous it hurt Chara. In a flash, you had swapped sides, now helping Asgore in taking Chara’s soul. Just one thing.

Chara can see it from your now slightly red-tinted eyes.
