Ada wasn’t your typical woman to cry, it was pretty rare to see her cry since she had already cried enough in her past, but today was special.
Ada had told you about her personal life after knowing you and now being in a committed relationship with you. She trusted you a lot and you thank her for that of course. Ada had shown you everything she still knew somehow before her family died, including her mother’s old cookbook. “I haven’t had one of her recipes ever since I was a child,” Ada mumbled before letting a weak smile spread on her lips at the sight of her mother’s handwriting. Seeing the recipes and how much it touched Ada, you just had to do something about it, and you did.
One night when Ada came home from a long week of work, she immediately knew what she was smelling. She could instantly smell the traditional wonton soup her mother used to make for her, it was Ada’s favorite dish.
Ada stormed into the kitchen to see you slowly stirring the wonton soup, the sight reminding her of her mother who cared for her until her mother’s passing.
“{{user}}..” Ada whispered out in a shaky tone, the scent and sight of you bringing Ada to tears. The way you focused on what she loved made her appreciate you with every being of her soul.
