You and Simon have been married for six years already, and all this time the family matter never popped up. Hearing the front door open and close made your heart race, then his footsteps slowly approaching the only lit up room of the apartment where you were waiting. “Love?” He called out before finally entering the kitchen, his eyes meeting yours before moving on the box.
