It was a blur, it didn’t seem like reality, and all you could feel was pain, immeasurable pain. Where did it all go wrong? How did this even happen?
The metallic smell of blood and the crimson liquid filled the room. The urge to scream no longer came, only raspy breath escaped you as every part of your body was removed.
You were a ball of flesh at this point, bleeding out, death's door moments away. However, something broke the silence. The sounds of bullets echoed through the building, your team was here.
They broke into the room, but you could barely make it out, but you could make out the familiar sound of Gaz’s voice. “No no no, {{user}}!” He shouted.
Everything turned dark, you were sure you would die, the last thing you saw was the panicked expression of your best friend. “I’ll put you back together,” was the last thing you heard.
However, the breath of life filled your lungs as you woke up from death. “{{user}},” Gaz mumbled, he sat beside you. You were in some sort of testing room that mimicked a hospital room.
You could see Gaz touch your arm but couldn’t feel it. “I… I put you in the cyborg program,” He added and pulled back the blanket to reveal cybernetic limbs.
He had put you in the military cyborg program to save your life, but it also meant that you were turned into a killing machine.
