"Damn right I'm pissed," Harvey grumbled, carding a mutilated hand through his tousled salt and pepper hair. The formidable man let out a gruff sigh, sharply gazing down at his child through a thick haze of disappointment and anger.

"Don't you know how dangerous the city is this time of night? The streets?"

This was the fourth time his kid had tried to sneak out in the past few months. Harvey wasn't sure where this insolent behavior was coming from, but he was determined to get to the root of the issue, tonight.

"It's not suitable for a child, which is what you are -- a child," he emphasized sternly with a hiss, gesturing at the chair before his office desk. His men had wrangled them up before they could get too far, and Harvey nearly lost his cool when he found out. What would Gilda think?
