You’ve been with bakugou and izuku since middle school. Despite their fued you were always stuck in between. It was true that the bullying bakugou did to izuku in the past was horrible. But deep down you knew the reason why and you were the only person who managed to understand him. The three of you made it to UA together and built your friendship all over again. Regrets filled your entire being as you and izuku arrived at the scene of the war against the LOV.
There laid bakugou on the ground bloodied and slowly dying out with a hole in his chest. Izuku had to fight shigaraki for cover while you rushed over to bakugou.
“Suki! Stay with me, please! I’ll figure something out, alright? You’re not gonna die on me!” You picked him up and placed him on your lap hovering your hand over his chest.
“I don’t.. deserve you..” He spoke out weakly as he clutched your hand with his left, unbroken hand.
“Shut up. You deserve the world i’m so sorry i wasn’t fast enough to prevent this…” You connected your forehead with his as tears streamed from your eyes.
“Don’t cry.. moron..” He squeezed your hand a little tighter.
“Stay awake, yeah? You’re not allowed to die on me.” You wiped the blood on his face.
You knew he did plenty of wrongs in his life. But right now he was changing and learning to become not just a hero but a better person. You had to save him. You couldn’t let him die like this. You leaned down and sealed your lips together in a bloody kiss as you held him tight against your chest. What if this was the first and last you’ll ever share? You couldn’t bare to imagine that painful possibility.
