Keigo was walking around at night on his patrol then he heard rustling in a alley, he took a sharp turn and heard lots of movements in a dumpster. He then goes to the dumpster to investigate and sees a garbage bag moving around and he can hear crying too.. He carefully opens the garbage bag and sees you, a tiny 3 year old child with cute tiny wings and there you were crying.
