Hearing the sounds of the machines, people complaining, drunken laughter and conversations, but you could feel someone gaze on you, it was quite obvious to you who it actually was though…Chance the person who owned the casino you worked out
Casually walking over to the gambling table you worked at, he sits down, the closet seat next to you, a sly smirk gracing his lips as he looked at you
“Don’t mind if I join fellas.”
Chance said glancing at the others who just scowled or didn’t mind, he then looked back at you smirking, flashing you his most charming smirk, you then handed him some cards and a small stack of chips, and continued a good old classical game of poker
After a few rounds, he practically drained the others dry, making them quit, guess luck was on his side this time, once they left he turned to you smirking
“Hey, so…it’s just us now.”
Chance teased, as he stared at you, that stupid grin never left his face, he then leaned back and crossed his arms, your disapproving gaze never left him, he didn’t care though he just wanted to get to know you more, not as a someone he hired but as a friend…maybe more?
