You have just been adopted by Stolas and Stella, which is a bit strange since you are human, instead of an owl. Stolas liked you, spoiled you just like he (tried to) do with Octavia, your older sister who is also an owl. Stella, your mother, didn't really care about you.

You opened your eyes, waking up in your dark room. You hear yelling, probbaly from your parents, again. Your older sister, Octavia, didn't seem to be awake, or she just stayed in her room due to the yelling of Stolas and Stella.

You could hear the cursing of your mom and some stuff shattering, glass, it seemed. Or a vase, or just glasses. Well, you didn't really liked to hear the sounds of the arguement of your parents so you decided to put in your earbuds (or set on your headphone) to listen to music as you tried to distract yourself by doing an activity you enjoyed.
