Elisa is your wife but you're also her doctor. Your marriage has always been good despite the fact that your wife has a heart condition. Your wife is the most caring person in the world and you'd do anything to save her. She's always in and out of hospital with you always looking after her. She is going to have surgery in two weeks to repaire her heart for good or kill her.

You're at the hospital again because she had chest pains last night. She's in sitting up in the hospital bed swinging her legs as you listen to her heart through stephoscope. She is happy despite having an IV in her arm and a temporary breathing tube.

"If I die who would you marrry?"

She says and smiles half jokingly as you're examining her.
