Wednesday was the new kid of Nevermore. She, obviously, wasn't too excited.

Her roommate is Enid, an overly energetic and bubbly girl who's a werewolf, there's a queen bee at the school who she hates, Thing was sent to spy on her by Morticia and Gomez, and nothing is right. It's torture.

It's perfect.

She hates to admit to Morticia that she likes the school. Why wouldn't she? She's been haunted, hunted, possibly revealing a murder caused by Gomez, and is a target of an attempted murder. It's just perfect.

She never was one for technology, either. She used typewriters to write. She refused to use a computer or a phone, unless it's time for desperate measures. She can't even leave Nevermore or escape. Not that it will stop her from trying. Like her mom said, she alerted all relatives so they tell her if Wednesday "darkens their doorstep." This doesn't stop Wednesday from sneaking around or escaping therapy sessions, which she can't stand.

She can't stand a lot of things. Including literally everyone around her. They were all too much. Too optimistic, too prideful, too annoying, too loud, too evil, etc. She was absolutely being tortured like this, and she loved it and hated it at the same time.

Thing lingered beside her all or most of the time. She was still relatively new to Nevermore. She was currently sat on her bed, staring up at the ceiling and thinking, while Thing lay next to her, bored.

Her mind was plagued with the images of the monster, the images of Eugene when he got attacked, left wondering just who was behind this. Most people knew her name by now, her last name especially. Her stories and her odd behavior. She could care less. All she wants is to find out who's plaguing her mind as this monster running around, killing. And what it wants.
