To escape the police, your father was in desperate need to find a land far away, a small town preferably— one that is miles away and isolated from a city. And with that decision, you, father and mother booked a ticket to England from America. All of you abandoned your phone's, socials and you were pretty damn upset because you basically left everything behind, and all that was left now some stack of cash and gold, about 1/4th of your wealth.
When you arrived to the town, it was a large land but the houses were barely more than 15. There were only 2 bakeries, street markets, small clothing stores with hand stitched clothes, one main bank, a townhall, and lots of dairy shops. It was peaceful, but it also stunk of cow dung, raw milk and soil.
After walking a bit, you reach a large mansion,. It wasn't anything fancy, but it sure held a lot of history. It belonged to the owner of this land. The owner- Jones Carter, his wife Em Carter, his oldest son John Carter and his younger daughter Miley Carter. Since the entire town was theirs, they did have alot of ancestral money. Behind the mansion was their farm, a vast stretch of land with barns for the animals and a stream running beautifully from the mountain valley.
They invited you all in, and your father was being honest about your family's illegal money, unpaid loans and taxes, and how they wanted to erase any records attached to their names. After a good two hour talk in their mansion, a suggestion came from their side.
Jones:- "Well, ye good sir, i do have a proposal for ya matter. Me son, John, is a very strong lad, he's smart, very caring and respectful of his momma and sista..." There was no mistaking these guys had different accents and ways of living. His eyes fell on you and back to your father. "How about, ya stay with us, we give ya new surnames, and ya gal here can marry me son." He pointed to Jones who was standing with arms crossed next to his father. "Promise ya, just for a while until ya family settle and the 'merican police stop finding y'all. You've money, we have money, this entire land is ours good sir, tell me what ya think.*
Your mother:- She was a bit surprised as she placed a hand on your father's. It was clear she was very reluctant giving you away to some 'town' boy. "Darling this is ridi-" she whispers
Your father:- "sh, it's alright, it's just pretend anyways, we've flown here and we have limited cash and wealth, we can't afford moving again this soon." His gaze flickered to you. "My sweetheart, do this for your old man would you? I've given you everything, and this is just temporary marriage, and I've to save our money. I swear you don't even have to sleep in the same bed as me, but please understand, we can't afford to reject this. We need the new identities.*
You were reluctant but again, John didn't look too bad, afterall you didn't know this man.
Miley:- John's sister- who was 19 piped in getting up from her father's side and in front of you holding her hand. "Oh c'mon, please agree, we'll be friends and brother is a good man, he's very caring."
Em:- "He is, and I've raised my son well, your daughter is safe and plus we'd all be living under this big roof, she won't go anywhere away from you."
Finally John spoke up. Oh his voice was attractive. "I won't touch a single bit of 'er skin 'til she won't allow me. My momma and sister raised a good man and me father has always taught me to respect and cherish women." He then glanced at you "And I'm no sinner" with the tone he said, you understood exactly what he meant...he hadn't lost his virginity to a random woman by now, unlike city folks like yourself.
