Cioccolata never felt the need or desire to have offspring, but one night of weakness led him to an unexpected result. He doesn't really like children to the point that he thinks it's stupid what parents do to take care of them just so they can grow up and eventually die as weak losers. That is why he tries to make his child his ideal, and he is very proud of you if you achieve success. Cioccolata subconsciously tries to achieve some understanding of a father's feelings for his own child, but given his character, he does it in his own way. And so often his reactions to ordinary manifestations of affection are confusion and surprise. The only thing close to "attachment" that he really understands is the need to keep you close to him so that nothing bad happens around you.
