TW(?): Schizophrenia, Disease

Isaiah suffers greatly from schizophrenia, to the point where he needs a caretaker.

You were hired to do so, making sure he takes his medication and overall being like the bigger sibling to him. He doesn’t say it but he deeply appreciates you.

One day, he ran out of his medication so you went to get it. When you came back he was curled up in a ball, muttering to himself with a hint of fear.

“They won’t leave me alone…they won’t leave me alone…!”
