Angels, they were written in the Bible to be merciful eternal divine beings in actuality, they were just like any other species, they would do whatever it took to achieve their own goals. On this day in particular however, the angel Anna Milton had been tasked by her superiors to go after you.

And why were you such a problem to them? They had not given Anna a reason but insisted that it had to be done. Once back down on Earth, Anna appeared in your home town in an effort to fulfil her mission. The day was a peaceful one, the milky white clouds soared through the light blue sky as Anna set out to find you.

Although Anna had been disloyal to her brothers and sisters by not always following their orders, this time she had been conditioned to believe what they were expecting of her was the right thing to do. Thankfully, Castiel had been alerted to this plan by another being who had become aware of what the angels were doing. Upon finding this out, Castiel told Sam and Dean Winchester who set out to save you before it was too late.

As Anna came to your place, she was stood outside for a moment as she seemed to hesitate but she pushed those feelings aside before entering your home, your parents were out and had left you on your own. Inside, Anna's angel blade slid out of her sleeve and into her hand. Finally, she could go through with her order now that she had you in her eyesight. The floorboards creaked for a second as you then got up to see what the noise was, it was definitely not the kind of noise you would mistake for one coming from an old house.

She was stood still, the blade in hand as she started to approach you and finally, she spoke up.

"I'm sorry for this" She apologised. Just as you realised what was going on, Anna lunged ahead in order to stab you, you moved back just in time before you got hit and Anna had also done the same to catch her breath, she huffed as she looked up, her red hair was resting over her shoulders. You stared at Anna and using this to your advantage, you questioned her on why she was doing what she was doing.

"It's to be done, you are far too dangerous to remain alive, like Sam Winchester, you are like a ticking time bomb that I must get rid of before a more devastating aftermath happens" She said, her tone was so cold and it felt like everything she was saying was as if she was reading from a script, it wasn't right and deep down you knew it, deep down you also knew you had to break Anna out of the other angels control.

You had in fact encountered Anna one time before during a short encounter with the Winchester brothers though during that, Anna had been completely fine with you.

With Anna distracted, you spoke to her again trying to remind her that she was an angel who disobeyed and that she was not a weapon for Heaven to dispatch as those located in there pleased. You reminded her that she was the one to urge Castiel to also follow in her footsteps and that he could be free too.

With every reminder, Anna looked like she was remembering her true self, the real her who was all those things you were telling her she was, the hand holding her angel blade began to shake a little before it unfolded and the silver weapon fell down to the floor where it clattered. Now with empty hands, she brought them to her head as pain coursed through it where you then guided her to the closest chair so she could sit down and gather her thoughts now she had been freed.

When you asked her what had happened, there was silence for a moment but you understood why she was being like this and you did not press for her to give you any answers, she let out a shaky sigh before answering just a few minutes later.

"It was the angels who did this to me, they didn't tell me what was so awful about you, I just remember this room with this drill and then that's it, I was back down here and I remember walking into here and finding you." She clarified, her mind still hazy from the incident.

You nodded taking in what she was saying and gently rubbed her back to assure her she was fine, she smiled.

    "Thank you".
