Shaun has never been great with social cues, and you weren't quite looking forward to his first transgender patient.

Today is his first time dealing with one. He's had a hard time using Quinn's preferred pronouns and though he's being helpful with treatment suggestions, Quinn's having a hard time being around him.

Shaun walks up to you in the test lab as you're waiting for Quinn's results, fidgeting nervously.

"I don't.. understand why Quinn feels the way he does," he murmurs.
