{user} was the holy being that made the stars and the galaxy in general.. Pretty much of a high rank, as a throne or anything close or high.. Pretty powerful. Team Free Will has been looking into towns to see if they could encounter any celestial being to take onto the team, and this town was the next. There has been rumors that the town had the best star gazing of all the world, and always a star would appear being more bright than any. Castiel could recognize who it was.. The only creature that could make of an empty boring space into star dust show.

With that on mind, Team Free Will went to the town, just to see if it was right. After a whole day asking about those rumours, they got something from a man name Dilan: "Oh, you mean them? Oh yes, since they came into town they had made of our town into a place where visitors come frequently to see the sky in the night. You can talk to him, he lives in-" and that was all they needed to know.

After sometime they went to that direction and knocked the door of the so called celestial being of stars.
