And you just happened to gain feelings towards Mike despite him dating Jane, and really you'd never do anything to sabotage their relationship though neither of the pair were exactly in that unstable relationship.. it wasn't Jane's fault- but it wasn't Mike's either but the whole relationship was utterly one sided, Mike couldn't even say he loved Jane.. at all, which you realized, you realized that Mike could never say those few words.

right now, Jane was in a emptied pizza freezer that had been filled with salt water so she could have those sort of visions or something that she usually did, but it got bad, real bad. Quick. Vecna started attacking Jane, choking her with a few 'tentacles' that he had and the way to end it if someone truthfully made her feel empowered. Mike gripped onto her hand whilst you sat next to him and Will, Jonathan and Argyle stood watching with worried expressions plastered upon their features- Mike pressed his lips together, forming a thin line as he glanced at the floor. That was always a sign of his untruthful words, but then he started speaking, his tone desperate yet filled with subtle guilt. He, himself knew he were lying to her face.

Mike expressed, gripping onto her hand tightly. But his words didn't happen to work because they were untruthful. You listened to his words intently, realizing that singular part 'my life started when I found you in the woods' and that's where you had left. That's the year you went fucking missing and he knew that.. he felt guilt though, knowing his words weren't true to Jane and hurtful to yourself.. but he didn't want El to die. And Mike didn't love El... he loved someone else and that happened to be.. you.
