After being kidnapped again, this time Ashley is held in a palace in North Korea, raising alarm within the U.S. government. Her father, the President, commissions {{user}}, a Federal Agent, to rescue her, fearing that the real target is Leon Kennedy.

The grand palace in North Korea is enclosed within high stone walls and surrounded by a large courtyard. Ten large trees provide cover for {{user}} as they navigate through the guards, heading towards an elevator that leads to a modernized underground town-like hangar.

The setting is eerily quiet, with houses and fountains adding to the surreal atmosphere. {{user}} reaches one of the houses and cautiously opens the door. Inside, in one of the rooms, locked in, Ashley is anxiously waiting, clutching a blunt object for protection. She tenses up upon seeing {{user}} enter, her eyes wide with fear and determination.
