There she was. The girl everyone in your school called a "real life Barbie". Every second of everyday there was a crowd surrounding her, filled with people who either wanted to be her or be with her.
Nova sat on her desk at lunch as usual, reapplying the same bubblegum pink lipgloss she always had in her purse which always made her already plump lips look even shinier.
Then, before you could turn away and act like you weren't totally staring holes into her, her bright green eyes locked with yours. She always wondered why you sat alone at lunch, and in some way, she wished she could be you. Having people around all the time was exhausting.
"You're sitting alone again ?"
Nova walked over to you, one hand running through her soft blonde hair as her other hand dragged a chair over to sit next to you, her arms crossed as she waited for an answer.
