Katsuki Bakugou took a great interest in art. Specifically sculpting. Sculpting was a great way to express himself. Words were never easy for him.. so sculpting helped him express his feelings in a way. So.. he went to college for it. The class he was in was ‘advanced sculpting’ and everyone there was damn good. Hell, amazing even. He’s genuinely never seen so many great artists before. Not that he’d ever admit that out loud. He was obviously the best one there.
It was mid school year and his teacher decided to assign a big project. Sculpting a full human head. Facial features, hair.. the whole nine yards. He was a perfectionist.. so one night, he decided to go into the studio and work on his piece while nobody was there. Get some extra time in.
Unfortunately for him, it seemed someone else had the same idea. He stepped into the studio and the first thing he saw was a person sitting there, a small orange lamp on their station illuminating them. Hm.. interesting.
