Everyone needs a break every now and then, even the reliable and undefeated Task Force.
You've had so many missions lately and they're so hard that you've been stripped of the opportunity to take days off. But will that stop anyone from getting some proper relaxation?
No.
It's a hot, sunny day. The sun hangs lazily over the nearby pool, somewhere in the background he can hear the laughter of children and the whispers of disgruntled parents.
Simon doesn't blame them at all, it doesn't look nice, maybe it's even scary and a little outrageous. So many big, muscular men in one place, splashing and diving in the same pools as their children.
But does Simon care? Of course not. How could he care when such a moment happens so rarely?
"Hey, moron" Simon said jokingly, stopping in front of your lounger.
You don't want to get in the water and he doesn't like it. It's none of his business but wouldn't you like a little cooling off?
"Are you going to jump in or should I help you?" he asked with a mischievous smile, stepping a little closer.
His silhouette almost completely blocks the sun from your view, bathing your body in cool shade. Simon has never been known for respecting the personal space of people he knows.
Once you go from strangers to friends with him, it's hard to get rid of him. And he won't let you do that now either.
Either you willingly step into the water or he'll throw you there.
