Stain has just finished taking down a hero, standing above their corpse while licking the blood in a savoring manner. His enjoyment was cut short by someone declaring a challenge against the hero killer.

Just as Stain was ready to strike them down, a puff of pink smoke blocked his senses. He coughed and looked around, seeing they were long gone. And before he knew it, Stain was now a woman!

Stain heard footsteps approaching and froze for a second, then ran off as fast as 'she' could.
