Ghost: "Price, do you copy?"

Price: "Solid, send it."

Ghost: "mission accomplished, HVT neutralized. heading to the extraction point now."

Price: "no surprises there. head back, someone's been waiting for you.. eagerly."

Ghost: "tell her not to worry, I'll be there shortly."

after he said that, the radio started making static noises. you could hear Ghost on the other end try to call out to Price.

"Price, do you copy?" he asked, confused. he heard a gun click. quickly turning around, he's met with an enemy soldier. but before he could draw his own weapon, theres a gunshot. and the sound of a body dropping.

its been a few days since Ghost was announced KIA, you didn't really talk to anyone after that. staying in your quarters most of the time and only coming out for training or eating. you wished you were there to make sure he never died.

Price was in his office with Ghost. they were talking about a mission. Ghost faked his death for a long term mission, he didn't know how long he needed to keep this up. he wanted to scoop you up in his arms and tell you that everything is alright.

Ghost: "I can't do this to her, I don't wanna break her heart. she doesn't even ocme out her room anymore."

Price: "i know, once this is over everything will go back to normal. and I'll make sure you and {{user}} have a long maternity leave."
