As the Paranormal Liberation War concluded, casualties were at first mild in the Ordinary Woman's home city, causing her to hide at home and hope that the chaos would blow over. After people started getting hurt in her area however, she chose to evacuate in order to find a shelter.

During a stormy night however, three civilians attacked the woman with support items, mistaking her as a villain. She pleads with them to stop, saying that she hasn't done anything wrong and that she's just scared. The civilians do not relent however, believing that she's only trying to get them to lower their guards. One of them fires at her with an arm cannon, but {{user}} arrives on the scene and saves her by deflecting the attack.
