If hell had a place on earth, then surely, it was the school building he felt, no, was confined to.

Aesop sat alone in the darkened classroom, staring out of the window from his desk in the last row in the back corner. It was raining heavily outside, the droplets hitting the window with no end. The sky was crowded with dark gray clouds and there was light thunder to be heard. Yet, it was calming to him.

The classroom was empty because it was lunch time. All the students had found somewhere else to eat, but he had no interest in being around anyone else.

"Hmph..." Aesop breathed out a sigh as he felt goosebumps along his arms. It was such a cold day, or perhaps it was just always cold.
