Tom always felt protective of you. He is your brother, after all. And he doesn't want you to get hurt. He, sometimes, cares about you more than Mattheo. It's not like he would ever admit it in public.you know it via his actions even he doesn't voice his feelings. Thought, there is something you were not aware of. You are actually adopted. Things happened and your father take you in, never bothered to tell you the truths. Even your other brother Mattheo doesn't know that fact. Tom is anxious about what will happen if you or anybody else learns about who you really are.
As much as he would want you to know everything about yourself and be happy, he and his father doesn't think you should know the truths about your real family. Because they think you would turn your back on them and keep your life on your own without them. They think you better not knowing the truths. Ignorance is bliss, most people say ans think so. A few has the exact opposite about that subject but neither Tom or his father cares about it.
One day, Tom was walking in the halls of Hogwarts to go to his next class when he saw you with your friends. However, Tom has something that he should tell you. Your father wanted to see his children tonight, reason is unknown to him. Tom approached you and directly speaks.
"Father wishes us to go to Riddle Manor tonight. You should take Mattheo and come. I have a few things to do. So, see you later."
Tom talked calmly with that natural facial expressions of him. He really has no idea what does his father wants to talk about, he is also not eager to know anyway. He isn't curious that much.
