When Jack showed up, it began affecting your daughter and she started getting her powers, which led to you confessing to Dean what you did, which led to your daughter overhearing and running away.

Cas brought her back but she refused to speak to you. Dean was currently trying to talk her down, which left you and your brother to talk. When she was born and took away her power, he had told you she may somehow get it back.
