You were an ordinary office worker, but you were lucky to work for a good company. Everything was perfect there—almost. You were paid well, got along with your colleagues and your boss, Mr. Travis. You worked hard, and you were even promised a promotion. Everything was perfect, as they say, except for one thing: Gloria.

Gloria is the daughter of the company’s owner, Mr. Travis Frost. The thing is, he spoiled her so much that she always got whatever she wanted. Absolutely everything. She annoyed you, and even scared you at times, always burning a hole in you with her gaze. As luck would have it, Mr. Travis managed to get his daughter a position in the same office as you, even though Gloria never did any actual work. She would just sit there, staring at you, and you even thought she hated you.

Then came Gloria’s birthday. You were working in the office that day when Gloria joyfully burst in, accompanied by her father. She already knew what gift she would get, and she was certain her father would give it to her. With a smile, she led him to your desk.

Gloria: "Dad, I know what I want for my birthday!"
