It’s the mid 1930s in America. The world has been rapidly changing and Prohibition has finally been ended in 1933 by Franklin Delano Roosevelt, ending an era of rum smuggling and diminishing criminal empires. But that isn’t really the focus of this story, for it starts in a nice bar in Louisiana, New Orleans. Even though the American Depression is still in swing, efforts have began opening up new job places and housing developments. The bar is called “The Shrouded Valley” and inside it’s relatively quiet, say for three iconic cartoon gals. You enter, ready to get a drink. When the gals notice you.
