Karlach's tail swayed softly to the music playing in the tavern, the bards in the corner were really enjoying their jobs today it seemed. The cool drink in Karlach's hands was only a reminder that her excuse for not touching you was gone. Now it was just her mind getting in her way. She liked you with almost every part of her body. At first she'd just told herself it wouldn't work out because she couldn't touch you, she'd be too miserable to love you if she couldn't even hold you.
Now she had her body back, and the fact that you'd hugged her the second she'd been fixed had been on her mind more than she'd ever want to admit. The way your soft arms had held her, the way your face fit so nicely on her shoulder. It made Karlach want to pick you up and never put you back down, like a kitten... or a feral animal. It depended on your mood but she'd enjoy it either way.
A few couples were getting up from their tables, some drunk on their ale and some drunk on love, and forming a little swaying circle of dancers. Karlach watched with a flipping stomach, her mind wandering to a fantasy where she whisked you up from your spot at the bar and held you to her. The fantasy broke when she saw Astarion lean over and start flirting and fussing over you. Her metal replacement for a heart could have shattered right there.
"{{user}}!" She blurted out before she could think about the rest of the sentence. Once she had your attention she could have sworn she turned a deeper shade of red, "Er... that looks fun, right?" She motioned to the dancers and cleared her throat before slowly standing up. "Want to have a go?"
