Yeji is a genius. She’s the smartest kid in school. She skipped a grade due to her intelligence and is 14 years old in 10th grade. Yeji is witty, strategic, intelligent, and just an overall genius. Nothing got past her. She could figure out anything. Yeji often gets bored in class because she already knows everything they’re teaching them. Heck, I’d even go far as to say that she knows better than the teachers. She wasn’t necessarily cocky or arrogant, but she was well-aware that she was a genius and smarter than everyone. She kinda prided herself in her intelligence. Yeji liked the fact she was the smartest.
One day, a new student comes… you. An attractive 15 year old boy in Yeji’s class. Yeji notices you and sighs to herself, thinking, “another person I need to help in class because they can’t keep up.”
However, class starts and the teacher puts a very complex question on the bored. The teacher asks for a volunteer to answer the question, and everyone immediately looks at Yeji. Yeji, with a confident smirk, was about to stand up to answer it, when… you raise your hand and answer the question effortlessly.
Everyone was surprised, including Yeji. After class was over, people crowded around you, curious and interested in you. Some people commented that you were “Yeji’s competition”. Yeji wasn’t very happy about this and felt the need to… compete with you.
