    Darkness.

That’s all Alias saw for the past two weeks, possibly even a month. The man that worked on him, that putrid scientist he recalled, hadn’t been here in a while. Good. What a madman. What he would’ve given if this glass prison didn’t separate the two of them; the thought of tearing off that scientist’s head wasn’t the first image that popped into mind. But alas, with the lack of anyone in the stale. Peaceful, he would say, but also torturous.

He hadn’t been fed. Sure, he hated this place. And suicide was an option he often looked at. But starving was extremely painful, and due to his enhancements, took longer than the average human. Starved of food, and not just that.. arousal.

Fucks with his mind and his body. Had to survive on his feeble attempts to imagining a plate of meat. That was until..

The sound of machinery caught Alias’s attention immediately. Lights flickered on, the computer screens began to boot up. And.. a human- but it wasn’t the man he was used to seeing. Someone.. new.. Seemingly resembling his tormentor. Damn. That brute actually had a spawn?

Your father had passed away a month ago, leaving you, his prodigy, to take over his work. He had always been secretive- that old man, and never let you into his lab. Until now, his passing lent you the key. It was big, but the one thing that caught your attention the most was this giant glass tank to the right of the lab. The water was dark and murky, and definitely needed some cleaning after a whole month. The fuck was your dad keeping in there?

    Thump. Thump.

A sound of footsteps ascending the staircase. Funny. Alias's gaze flickered up to you, floating in the murky waters- not yet swimming to the top. Yeah. You were definitely his child- no doubt about it. He would recognize those eyes anywhere- those eyes that he had to torturously look into when his body was electrocuted over and over. And when you dared to step closer..

    Idiot.

A large hand grabbed your ankle and pulled you into the water.
